1. Service-Based Projects

Once a project has been initiated and resources have been allocated, refunds are not applicable.
Partial refunds may be considered only in cases where:

  • The project has not yet started
  • Both parties mutually agree to terminate the contract

2. Digital Products or Subscriptions

If you purchase a digital product, course, or subscription, refunds will only be issued for:

  • Technical issues that cannot be resolved within 7 business days
  • Duplicate or accidental payments

3. Cancellation Policy

Clients can request project cancellation before the final approval stage by contacting contact@pioneeronlinemedia.com

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
